Refund Policy

Every Morana + Raven piece is handmade by me, one at a time, with care, patience, and many hours of detailed work. Because of the handmade nature of my jewelry, each piece is special, and slight variations are part of what makes it uniquely yours.

I want you to love your Morana + Raven jewelry. Please review the return, exchange, and cancellation policy below before placing your order.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons and because each pair is individually handmade, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

However, if there is a problem with your order or your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when contacting me about damage or a defect.

Returns & Exchanges

For eligible jewelry other than earrings, please contact Morana + Raven within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return or exchange.

Once your return has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, scratches, alteration, or improper handling cannot be accepted.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and, when appropriate, shipping insurance. Morana + Raven cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized pieces are created especially for you, custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If your custom piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

Because work on handmade pieces may begin soon after an order is placed, cancellation requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves Morana + Raven. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the jewelry, packaging, and any visible damage.

Once we review the issue, we’ll work with you on the appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please do not return a damaged or incorrect item before contacting us.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

Handmade Jewelry

Because every Morana + Raven piece is made by hand, small variations in bead placement, color, shape, pattern, or other details may naturally occur.

These subtle differences are part of the beauty and character of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
